Q- How long does it take to ship your products?

A - Processing -It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Shipping from the United States is usually done within 7- 14 days. Shipping from other countries is usually done within 12-21 days. 

Q- Lost/Stolen Package?

A- Rosemary’s fitness Store is not responsible for refunding or replacing any merchandise that is lost or stolen while in transit to the customer.

Q- How do I order a product on your website?

A- To order a product on our website simply go through our website categories, select the product you want to buy, choose the quantity, add to cart and then check out. You must fill your contact information like your email or mobile number so that we can keep you updated on the status of the order. Then you just must fill out the shipping address, the shipping method and the payment method you want to use.

Q- Do you ship to all countries?
